Mike Marron's career began in 1980 on the trading floor of the Chicago Mercantile Exchange where he specialized in managed futures and commodity options.
Notably, Mike has been serving Chicago area clients and their families for over three decades, initially representing Nationwide Retirement Solutions (NRS) 457 Deferred Compensation City of Chicago plan, and later as the advisory team Founding Director at the Financial Planning & Education Center of the Chicago Patrolmen's Credit Union. He is a frequent presenter at the Chicago Police Department retirement seminars and a valued resource.
He met his wife, Carol Donald, over 30 years ago at NRS; they are lifelong Chicago area residents.
Mike holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Agricultural Business from Western Illinois University.
